Charter Updates

Because CAN is a City-recognized neighborhood association, we are currently in the process of revising our Charter and creating a set of bylaws to better align with the City of Eugene’s guidance. 

Our charter requires charter revisions to be voted on by it’s members.  If you received our newsletter in the mail, you are a member!  We will be posting our revised charter on our website during the week of August 5th and invite you to join us at our Back to School Fall Festival in October to vote to approve these amendments.
